OVERVIEW
Dwarka dheesh is also known by the name of Trilok Sundar or Jagat Mandir. The beautiful temple situated in the lap of Gomti creek is beautiful to watch. According to religious beliefs, it is believed that the temple has been built by the sons of Lord Krishna. The temple consists of the numerous clusters at the base and it is extremely beautiful to watch the temple in the sunset.
Beside it, the central portion of the temple has 5 stories and it takes enough energy to reach to the temple. Though you can visit the temple anytime but if you are planning to visit the temple then keep it in mind that the temple remains closed from 12:30 to 4:00 in the evening. So, you can rest in your hotel in the meantime.
You can enjoy the Mangla Darshan, Abhishek Pooja, Shringar Darshan, Snanbhog, Shringar Darshan, Sheingar Bhog, Shringar Aarti, Gwal Bhog Darshan, Rajbhog, Utthapan Darshan, Sandhya Bhog Darshan, Shayanbhog Darshan, Shayan Aarti and many more.
ITINERARY DETAILS
Today, proceed to the sacred town of Dwarka. Visit Dwarkadeesh Temple. Take a holy dip in
the Gomti river. Overnight stay at the hotel.
In the morning leave to visit Nageshwar Jyotirling, Gopi Talav, Bet Dwarka, and on way back do visit Rukmani Temple, evening visit other temples on the coastal area, attend evening aarti at Dwarkadish temple. Overnight stay at the hotel.
In the morning depart to Porbandar (75km/1.5hrs) at Porbandar visit Kirti Mandir – the place where Gandhiji was born and Sudama Temple – The only Sudama Temple in the world. Later proceed to Somnath (130km/2.5hrs) on arrival visit Bhalka Tirth, Triveni Sagam, Geeta Mandir Chopati & Somnath Temple. In the evening attend Aarti and later watch light and Sound show. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Today, proceed to Rajkot. Enroute visit Junagadh fort at Junagadh, Jalaram Temple at Virpur and Swaminarayan temple, Navlakha Palace and Vintage Car Museum at Gondal. In the late evening arrive at Rajkot. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Today, proceed to Ahmedabad. On arrival at Ahmedabad visit Adalaj Stepwell, Akshardham Temple (Closed on Monday) & Gandhi Ashram. Evening Drop at Railway station or Airport.
