  How can I use a package offered by Journey Bees?

Booking with us is easy. We offer our clients two ways to book with us. You can book your desired package online by clicking on the ‘Book Now’ option. Another option is to contact us at info@journeybees.in and we can book a package for you. We are also available on call at +91 9999 732 731. 

  What/where is my booking ID?

After clicking on the ‘Book Now’ tab, we will share a form with you. After you fill the form, we will create an account for you. Through the account, you can find your booking ID, and locate other important information.

  Who do I contact if I have any issue after I check-in?

The first point of contact, after check-in, should be the hotel management. 

  What do I need to show at the time of check-in?

You need to ensure that you have a photo ID. It is necessary that you have a Photo ID of the guest under whose name you have registered. It is always to safe to have with you your booking confirmation too. 

  Can I change the travel dates once I have booked them?

Our Hotel partners mostly allow for one date change. However, we cannot promise you the same for it depends on the hotel’s cancellation policy which varies. If your booking is more than a day away, then, it is possible that the hotels might accommodate you for a small administrative fee. If you need any further assistance with the same, feel free to contact us.

  I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link, above the password box and take it from there. You will receive from us an automated email. Please check your spam as well.

If you are unable to recover your password still then please contact us.

  I had purchased a package, but I am unable to travel now.

If you would like to change dates for your travel, then please go through the ‘Change Date’ section in our terms and conditions. 

In case you want a refund then please check our refund policy to see if you are eligible for it.

  Can I alter any package?

If you wish to make any changes to a package, then, please contact us at  info@journeybees.in or call us at +49 9999 732 731, and we will try to take it from there.

  How long does the application process take?

We, at Journey Bees, try to respond as quickly as possible. If you contact us during working hours, then you can expect a turnaround time of 60-240 minutes.
